Our trade in program allows you to receive a credit toward the purchase of an ACE model headset up to $300 and up to $100 on the Solo model.

We have put together a trade in program that accepts any functioning Aviation headset you may currently have towards the purchase of a TELY headset, allowing you to enjoy true comfort and superb sound quality during your flight.

​

Here is how it works.

1)     Before checkout with ACE or SOLO model headset in your shopping cart, leave us a message on our website or call 386-760-7110 so that we can provide you with the appropriate trade-up code for your checkout discount. You will need to enter the appropriate coupon code to apply a discount for the order.

2)     Print a copy of your sales order and place it in a box with the trade in headset. Ship the headset to:

3)     Once we receive your trade in headset we will test it to make sure it is in proper working order.

​

4)     Your new headset will ship the same day we test your trade in headset as long as the trade in is in good working order. If not we will contact you.

Program Rules and Restrictions

1)     You may only trade one headset per headset purchased. In other words, you may not trade in 2 or more headset if only purchasing one headset. Or For example if you are purchasing 4 headsets you may trade in up to 4 headsets towards the purchase of the new ones. If you apply more than one trade in headset for each new headset purchased it will delay your order as we will need to speak with you to resolve the error prior to shipping out your order.

2)     You may only apply trade in allowance for SOLO headsets from the SOLO trade in allowance list, and the same applies to the ACE model. If you apply the trade in value from the SOLO trade in list to the purchase of an Ace headset or from the ACE trade in list towards the purchase of a SOLO headset it will delay your order as we will need to speak with you to resolve the error prior to shipping out your order.

3)     If we receive a headset in not in proper working condition, we will contact you prior to finalizing the order. You will be given the choice to pay the balance of what was deducted as trade in and we can ship back your used headset with your new one for an additional shipping charge or you can pay the balance of what was deducted as trade in and we can dispose of the used headset for you. If at this time you wish to cancel the order we will refund you in full excluding any shipping charges that may be incurred to return the used headset back to you.

4)     All trade-ins are final once the order has been processed and your new headset has been shipped.

​

5)     Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any headsets being shipped to us for trade in as well as shipping costs for trade in headsets being returned back due to inoperability issues.

​

6)     The trade-in program can not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified in the offer.

​

7)     Trade in values and the trade in program are subject to change or be cancelled without notice. TELY technologies LLC reserves the right to terminate the trade in program and holds the right to refuse requests to participate in the trade in program.
